Grandeur Spa Information and Rules

Arrival – Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time to relax and complete our intake form.  This information helps us to better address your needs and informs you of future Grandeur spa specials.

Cancellation – If it becomes necessary to cancel your appointment, please provide the spa with as much notice as possible.  Notice of cancellation will allow us to manage our schedules and effectively allocate resources to best serve our clients.  Clients that do not call and cancel prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged 60% of the total services scheduled. 

Payment – Services may be paid for in cash, a check, Master Card or Visa.  Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be assessed a $25 fee.  Clients scheduling more than one service or services for more than one person will be required to provide credit card information to hold the appointment.    

Teens / Minors – Grandeur offers massage, facials and nail services to teens/minors, but require an adult be on the premises at all times.

Noise Avoidance – As a courtesy to our clients please turn your cell phone off or place on vibrate while in the spa..  Children must remain seated and quiet at all times.  We appreciate all your efforts in making Grandeur a tranquil and relaxing haven. 

Gift Certificates  for any dollar amount or Grandeur Spa Packages are non-refundable but may be transferable to another individual. Gift certificates expire six months after the date of purchase.  After the expiration date, gift certificates may be redeemed up to an additional six months for 50% of the value and applied toward any Grandeur spa service or boutique merchandise.  All gift certificates completely expire after one year from the date of purchase.
